Contract Specialist

to join our Legal team. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contract review, approval, execution, and archiving, while serving as a key liaison between the Legal Department and internal stakeholders. The Contract Specialist will support staff attorneys and paralegals through initial contract reviews, redlining, document preparation, and communication coordination. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of the company’s contract management process. The Details: What You’ll Do: Act as the main point of contact for internal clients requesting contract reviews, NDAs, and legal updates. Manage intake, review tracking, and documentation through internal systems for full visibility into contract status and lifecycle. Conduct initial contract reviews and redlines, prepare NDA drafts, and assist with document execution and filing. Support negotiation processes by joining calls, capturing outcomes, and updating agreement drafts accordingly. Maintain internal contract templates and assist with administrative legal support, including franchise and real estate documentation. What You Need: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; legal studies or paralegal certification welcomed. 4+ years of experience in commercial contract review and drafting. Familiarity with commercial real estate documentation is a plus. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
