Senior Account Manager will be assigned a discrete book of business for which they are responsible. The primary responsibilities include conducting market analysis, developing and implementing client strategies, coordinating vendors and supporting the clients with their day-to-day needs. This role collaborates with our broker partners by working side by side with them to address the client needs.They will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to delight our client and broker partners. This manager needs to possess excellent communication skills and be a strong leader who knows what needs to be done to accomplish objectives.**Essential Functions**• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of health insurance clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the policy lifecycle.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions that fit their health insurance goals. • Ensure all client compliance requirements are met.• Collaborate with broker partners and clients to assess their insurance coverage needs, recommend appropriate plans, and ensure they understand their benefits and options.• Assist clients with enrollment, policy changes, and renewals, ensuring smooth transitions and continuous coverage.• Manage claims processes, working with clients and insurance carriers to ensure claims are processed accurately and promptly.• Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues related to their health insurance coverage, acting as an advocate to ensure satisfactory outcomes.• Monitor account performance, identify opportunities to optimize coverage, and proactively suggest ways to improve clients’ health insurance experience.• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and changes to health insurance laws and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.• Prepare and present regular reports on client accounts, coverage changes, renewals, and other relevant metrics.• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and underwriting teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure client satisfaction.• Track and follow up on any outstanding client tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met, and all requirements are addressed.• Provide clients with educational materials and resources to help them make informed decisions about their health insurance plans.May be asked to assist with other tasks when necessary.**Successful Candidate Requirements**• Understanding of regulatory environment and compliance requirements for clients.• Proven ability to think strategically and act tactically• Strong organization skills/ability to manage multiple demands and priorities• Excellent problem solving/problem resolution skills• Projects confidence and enthusiasm about the company• Strong leadership and relationship management skills • Demonstrates collaborative teamwork• Ability to adapt**Position Type/Expected Hours of Work**This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.**Travel**This position may require up to 25% - 50% travel.**Required Education and Experience**• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience• 5-10 years of related industry experiencePay Details:The base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.Acrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
