Position The FP&A Senior Manager will play a critical role in driving the financial strategy and budgeting processes across Tenneco\'s Performance Solutions group, with a primary focus on direct cash flow consolidation, liquidity forecasting, capital allocation optimization, and balance sheet management. This individual will work closely with senior executives and cross functional teams to provide insights and recommendations that enhance cash efficiency, strengthen liquidity, and improve overall financial performance. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, detail-oriented finance leader with a strong foundation in financial modelling, delivering actionable insights and fostering a culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Forecasting: Develop, manage, and optimize robust financial planning and forecasting processes, including annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial projections.

Analysis and Insights: Drive deep financial analysis on performance and operational efficiency across the organization, identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision-making at the executive level.

Process Improvement and Standardization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline FP&A processes, and implement best practices across regions and business units to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools for executive leadership, ensuring real-time visibility into financial metrics and performance indicators.

Minimum Requirements Education

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field

MBA or CPA preferred

Experience

7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or accounting

Expertise in direct cash flow management, consolidation, and liquidity forecasting

Strong background in capital allocation optimization and balance sheet management

Proven experience in automotive or manufacturing industries is preferred

Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements and financial best practices

Skills

Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools, specifically OneStream and SAP

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-level executives and cross-functional teams

Strong leadership skills with the ability to work across functions and regions to drive results

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in complex environments

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
