THE ROLES Support the Service Counter team for efficient and elevated experiences Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences Curate merchandise and support a seamless retail environment As a Style Advisor, you will: Sell clothes and build client confidence through styling expertise Create meaningful, memorable experiences Build personalized connections to enhance loyalty As a Service Advisor, you will: Welcome clients Assist clients in product selection and direct them to the right Service Counter Prepare products for processing Process transactions accurately and efficiently Package products for an elevated experience Support Service Counter operations As an Inventory Associate, you will: Process shipments accurately Place products strategically in the backroom Uphold product display standards Support cross-channel shopping experiences Ensure smooth operations across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations As a Merchandiser, you will: Process shipments efficiently Place products on the sales floor strategically Translate product stories Maintain display standards Support cross-channel shopping Support all retail space operations THE QUALIFICATIONS Aspirational personal style Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's values and leadership principles Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners Dedication to quality and results THE COMPENSATION Hourly range: $20 - $30.
