Responsibilities:
Drive top-line revenue growth by executing high-level sales strategies in fiber network markets
Lead and coach mid-level managers, empowering teams to exceed quotas and KPIs
Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership on forecasting, product development, and customer retention strategies
Manage key performance indicators like pipeline coverage, churn rate, ARPU, and forecast accuracy to ensure continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience:
7–10+ years of senior sales leadership experience within telecom, broadband, or tech sectors
Proven ability to manage and scale large sales teams with accountability across multiple markets
Deep understanding of fiber and broadband segments (D2D, MDU, SMB)
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
