The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative, and highly rewarding.## **About the role:**As Region Marketing Manager Category, you will be responsible for driving the regional strategy of a category, ensuring brand equity, brand performance and P&L impact through key initiatives. You will act as a link between central teams and local markets, supporting innovation rollout and optimizing the brand portfolio to strengthen Ferrero’s presence across the region.## **Main Responsibilities:*** Identifies all the marketing mix levers, consumer targets, product range, marketing tools and enablers for the Category within the assigned Region, providing guidelines and setting the objectives.* Define and approve the annual category media plan, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local adaptation.* Act as a key liaison between Area Marketing Managers and local markets, facilitating knowledge-sharing and best practice dissemination, in full support with the Head of Marketing.* Support the rollout of innovations within the region, ensuring successful implementation as per Category guidelines.* Contribute to building a comprehensive and integrated view of marketing performance and opportunities at the regional level.## **Who are we looking for:*** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.* 10-12 years of experience in Marketing, ideally with regional exposure in FMCG.* Proven ability to manage brand portfolios and lead strategic planning.* Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of P&L and media planning.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.* Fluent in English (spoken and written).* Ability to work across diverse markets and drive cross-functional collaboration.## **How to be successful in the role and in Ferrero:**Consumers, quality, and care are at the heart of everything we do.
