Join Our Team as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator at Pearls 4 Kids Dentistry in Des Moines. We’re looking for a reliable, energetic, and compassionate Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to providing outstanding care to our kiddos and their caregivers. At Pearls 4 Kids Dentistry we create smiles that last a lifetime by making every visit a Kidsperience!
Responsibilities
Welcoming kiddos and making them feel comfortable.
Presenting orthodontic treatment plans and explaining insurance coverage and financing options.
Ensuring all necessary treatment documentation is completed, signed, and accurate.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Creating a fun and engaging experience for each kiddo.
Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who loves working with kids and creating a positive experience.
A dependable, detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic.
A difference-maker who is eager to learn and grow.
Requirements
Customer service or sales experience required; dental experience is a plus.
Dental Radiology Certification a plus.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
High level knowledge of orthodontic procedures, dental insurance, and financing options is preferred.
Full-time role (30+ hours per week).
Must be dependable with a strong attention to detail.
CPR Certification is required.
Schedule
8-hour shifts
Daytime hours – No nights!
