We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual English/Spanish Human Resources Manager to lead our Client's HR department and support their organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of employment and labor laws, talent acquisition, and employee relations. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions including performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage talent acquisition processes including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with FMLA and workers' compensation regulations. Lead performance management initiatives to evaluate employee performance and facilitate growth. Foster positive employee relations by addressing conflicts and promoting open communication. Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on HR sourcing, organization design, and program management. Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Paychex, or ADP for effective human capital management. Conduct data analysis for informed decision-making regarding workforce planning and budgeting. Collaborate with senior leadership on succession planning and strategic initiatives. Experience
HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is strongly preferred Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management and employee relations. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and conflict management practices. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, change management, and process improvement within an HR context. Experience with various HR software systems including Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos, or similar platforms. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences. Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis to drive HR strategy decisions.
