Personal Risk Sales Advisor Personal Risk Client Executive is Property & Casualty licensed and experienced in all facets of Personal Insurance including proven sales skills. The New Business Department is a sales team whose primary role is to advise and deliver personal insurance products tailored to specific needs of the prospective insured. The New Business team receives leads from non-solicited opportunities and referrals. The process is streamlined through a single point of contact, ensuring efficiency and an educated buying experience. Strong computer skills and effective communication are required. The candidate will build long-lasting relationships with agency partners, company leadership, and staff.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Learn various Carrier Appetites and Carrier Websites

Work closely with Carrier Underwriters to determine risk placement

Utilize agency management system, rating system, and carrier websites to provide accurate, timely quotes

Execute policy correspondence delivery per agency guidelines and procedures

Operate standard office machines, including computers, phones, fax, calculator, and shredding/photocopy machines

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and carrier representatives

Assist with special projects as assigned by management

The salary range is $50,000 – $65,000, determined by experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level, scope, and location. Performance-based incentives may also be available.
