Summary: Paragon Professional Services, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation, is seeking a Training Officer. We are looking for an experienced Training Officer that is highly motivated, self-starter and a change agent to develop processes to enhance user experience and drive value to their organizations. Responsibilities
The Training Officer will be responsible and accountable for developing a customer and stakeholder training system, including pipeline management, content creation, determining effective delivery methods, and maintaining training records. Train and equip US Air Force members on Data Analytics-as-a-Service, Self Service Analytics, Dashboarding, and Data Management within the Basing & Logistics Analytics Data Environment (BLADE). Design, plan and develop training using various methods (classroom training, workshops, etc.). Manage the delivery and execution of training across multiple departments. Assess and evaluate training needs. Organize training venues, logistics, transport, and accommodations as required. Arrange maintenance of equipment, print and online training materials for effective delivery and measurement. Monitor and report on training activities and costs. Ensure conformance with Holiday Builders standards, policies and procedures. Qualifications - Experience, Education And Certification

7+ years of Technical Training experience and experience with Training Management Systems Experience in managing Training Systems for a diverse skill set, from entry level to experienced High School Diploma or equivalent Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Knowledge of data management, data analytics capability, and data visualization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with individuals at all levels. Ability to research, write behavioral objectives, and develop training materials. Excellent one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to apply a variety of learning/training concepts and principles. Agile development experience Necessary Physical Requirements
