The Impact You’ll Make Being part of our Talent Acquisition Team is more than just filling jobs. You’ll champion both the business partners and talent to ensure a successful candidate experience, manage all parts of the recruiting process from sourcing to offer and hire across all levels within the region, and play a key role in identifying and deploying TA function process improvements.
What You’ll Do
Recruit and manage the full-cycle hiring process for maintenance and damage roles including Automotive Technicians, Managers, Clerks, and Oil and Tire Changers.
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs, provide market insights, and build strong talent pipelines.
Source qualified talent through various sources including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, user groups, networking, referrals, and other creative means
Drive continuous improvement and strategic recruiting initiatives by providing your hiring managers the metrics they need.
Work closely with other members of the Talent Acquisition Team to learn various hiring processes and best practices
Ensure an incredible candidate experience for everyone we interact with, positively reflecting the ABG employment brand
Coordinate and facilitate all on-site hiring events
Accurately manage data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
What We’re Looking For
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
A minimum of 2 years of full life cycle recruiting, or similar experience, recruiting for a non-exempt workforce
Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision
Skills And Abilities You Should Have
Proven expertise in direct sourcing techniques including search (LinkedIn Recruiter), attraction advertising and social media recruiting
The credibility and excellent communication skills to effectively interface with all levels of management, to build and maintain internal and external relationships and to be an exemplary ambassador for the Avis Budget Group employer brand in the candidate market
The resilience to operate effectively in a matrix organization within a fast-paced industry, during a period of significant change and growth
You must display a high sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure dealing with multiple competing priorities and a demanding workload
