Successful candidates will have experience in an office setting. The position involves assisting business owners, management, and team members with tasks such as processing invoices, collecting payments, customer service follow-up, answering phones, using various software, and interfacing with customers and suppliers. Proficiency in Outlook and Excel is required. Strong writing and problem-solving skills are preferred. Job Responsibilities
Prepare correspondence, memoranda, reports, etc. Initiate routine and non-routine correspondence Support collections efforts Answer telephone calls, greet visitors, and resolve inquiries Schedule appointments and meetings Make daily calls to adjusters and homeowners to collect payments Assist support staff on reporting or projects as needed Follow up with customers on work performed Call customers to collect payments Assist other departments with collections Understand ServiceMaster operating systems and services Job Requirements
High school diploma/GED required Administrative experience preferred but not mandatory Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) Comfortable using multiple software types Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Dependable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle confidential information Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Employees must meet physical requirements such as lifting up to 20 pounds, sitting for long periods, repetitive motions, and visual acuity for detail-oriented tasks. Reasonable accommodations are available for disabilities. Compensation
