As a Spa Front Desk Agent, warmly greet guests and efficiently manage tasks. Handle incoming calls for appointments and ensure accurate scheduling for therapists. Describe and upsell services, escort guests to their locker, provide spa tours, and replenish spa amenities. Assist with laundry, light housekeeping, and promotion of spa, salon, and fitness center services. Accommodate guest and member requests, answer inquiries, and actively sell spa/salon services, retail products, and memberships. Collaborate with colleagues to support a team-oriented environment and maintain positive relationships with associates and guests. Benefits & Perks
