What You'll Do:
The HR Business Partner will support the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Sales support global organizations and executives/managers in implementing strategic and tactical HR initiatives focused on achieving and exceeding business objectives. This individual will deeply engage with leaders and managers and serve as a critical and influential member of the leadership teams they support. The selected candidate must be a strategic thinker and must have a proven track-record of building partnerships with all levels of employees and managers. They must have a history of implementing successful HR programs across heavily matrixed and global organizations. Strong organizational agility, business acumen, relationship building, and solid execution are the key skills to being successful in this position.
This role will also act as the HR PMO coordinating and rolling out HR programs, recruitment requests amongst the various geographies.

Prior experience supporting a sales organization a plus.

Expertise to identify and drive HR solutions aligned to business strategy
Effective pacing, prioritization and sequencing of work
Intuitive, conceptual, systems-focused thinker
Data-oriented decision-maker
Courage to propose solutions others are reluctant to address, act in the face of resistance in the best interests of the business
Extensive capacity to influence business leaders individually and collectively
Experience with sales compensation planning and execution
Partners collaboratively across HR function and geographies

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience and prior HR Business Partner experience
Results orientation and demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation, and flexibility in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations
High sense of responsibility and integrity
Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
Good communication, presentation, consultation, partnership and interpersonal skills and comfort with Executive-level interaction
Proactive, self-motivated, customer-focused and solution-oriented
Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task effectively while also considering future organizational requirements with a positive outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, HR Management, or related field
Prior experience working with teams across multiple geographies is a plus. Must be willing to adopt a flexible time schedule and work style to meet the needs of a complex and matrixed global organization
The base salary range for this position in Colorado, New York City, Nevada and Washington, is
$100,000-$120,000.
