Arkansas Children’s . What You’ll Do

Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies tailored to each role. Use creative approaches, advanced sourcing technologies, AI-driven tools, and market analytics to identify and engage top candidates across diverse functional areas. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, talent rediscovery, and predictive analytics. Collaborate with Marketing and PR to create compelling branding and recruitment campaigns, leveraging digital and social media insights to strengthen our employer brand. Communicate with potential candidates, screen viability, and support smooth transitions from sourcing lead to candidate. Provide talent market intelligence, dashboards, and reports to guide strategic workforce decisions. Stay ahead of sourcing best practices, recommending new technologies and tools to drive efficiency, reduce bias, and enhance results. What We’re Looking For

Education:

High school diploma/GED and 2 years of relevant experience required (or 4 years of experience in lieu of a diploma/GED). Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience:

Proven ability to leverage sourcing tools and strategies to identify passive and active talent. Certifications:

AIRS certifications (CIR, ACIR, CDR, CSSR, PRC, CSMR, CMVR, ECRE) preferred; must be obtained within 1 year of hire if not already held. Strong communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Why Arkansas Children’s
