We are seeking a
Senior Technical Recruiter
to partner with hiring managers across IMO Health to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across a range of technical disciplines—including software engineering, product management, and AI/NLP. In this strategic role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping to shape the future of our high-growth healthcare technology organization. Your ability to tell IMO Health’s story, build strong candidate relationships, and deliver a seamless hiring experience will be key to scaling our teams and driving innovation. This position is required to be local to the Rosemont, IL area and in-office 3 days a week. Impact You’ll Make

How to lead strategic recruiting initiatives across multiple technical domains. How to assess candidates for deep technical expertise, product thinking, and alignment with mission-driven work. How to drive process improvements and influence hiring decisions through data and insights. What You’ll Do
Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including software engineers, product managers, and AI/NLP specialists. Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates across a variety of platforms and networking efforts. Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates for technical proficiency, product mindset, and cultural alignment using structured interviews and behavioral-based techniques. Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, build interview plans, and make data-informed hiring decisions. Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, transparent experience from first contact through offer acceptance. ATS & Data Management: Leverage the ATS to track pipeline health, report on recruiting metrics, and ensure data integrity. Process Optimization: Lead projects to improve recruiting workflows, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance hiring team effectiveness. Offer Strategy & Closing: Own the offer process, including negotiation and closing, ensuring alignment with candidate expectations and business needs. What You’ll Need
5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in high-growth tech or healthcare tech environments. Proven success hiring across software engineering, product, and AI/NLP roles. Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with technical communities and platforms. Ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels. Experience managing multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and recruiting analytics. Ability to work on a Hybrid schedule – commuting to our Rosemont HQ location Tuesday through Thursday Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for AI/ML/NLP roles or working with data science teams. Technical literacy or background in computer science, engineering, or product development. Passion for healthcare innovation and mission-driven work. Compensation and Benefits
$85,000 - $100,000 a year Compensation at IMO Health is determined by job level, role requirements, and each candidate’s experience, skills, and location. The listed base pay represents the target for new hires with individual compensation varying accordingly. These figures exclude potential bonuses, equity, or sales incentives, which may also be part of the total compensation package.
