Overview
US Compensation Controller We are seeking a US Compensation Controller to oversee employee expense reporting, forecasting, and controls for our financial services client. Acting as the link between Finance and HR, this role ensures compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and drives the global compensation strategy in partnership with the Group Compensation Controller in London. Base pay range
$125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Own policies and controls for employee expenses, including variable pay and deferred awards Manage SOX compliance and chart of accounts for compensation Partner with HR to monitor and forecast employee costs (salaries, bonuses, taxes, benefits) Provide reporting, scenario analysis, and insights to support leadership decisions Support CFO/Deputy CFO on the financial impact of new compensation initiatives Ensure compliance with SEC, Client, NFA, CFTC, and other regulations Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of compensation accounting/control experience Seniority level
