Graduate Student Success Career Coach & Employer Relations Liaison

This role focuses on providing comprehensive career and academic coaching to support professional students throughout their current academic journey and in developing robust post-education plans. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the professional field, capable of effectively applying theoretical knowledge to practical situations. This individual will independently manage the full spectrum of coaching responsibilities, leveraging broad job knowledge to analyze diverse problems and formulate effective solutions for student success. The full salary range for the Graduate Student Success Career Coach & Employer Relations Liaison is $29.21 - $51.15 per hour. Salary offers are based on considerations such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. We are currently unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment Visas for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as amended from time to time. Additional requirements may be imposed by federal, state, or local government directives.
