As Talent Manager, you will design and implement the systems that power employee growth, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. You’ll build: Career and Skills Frameworks : Define clear career paths, job levels, and skill expectations linked to learning and mobility. Leadership Development : Create tiered academies with coaching, mentorship, and feedback tools to grow leaders at every level. Succession Planning : Launch talent reviews that identify readiness, risks, and development needs — tied to real decisions. Learning Ecosystem : Deploy a modern learning platform with personalized content, peer learning, and experiential projects. Organizational Development Tools : Support team effectiveness and culture change through diagnostics and guided interventions. Workforce Planning : Build predictive models aligned with strategy and budget to anticipate skill gaps and growth needs. Talent Scorecard : Track key metrics like promotion velocity, engagement, diversity, and return on investment — all tied to outcomes. Your work will live in systems, dashboards, and daily routines — shaping how every employee learns, leads, and grows. Innovation and Technology

Specifically: 10–15 years in talent, learning, or organizational development Proven success in succession planning and workforce modeling Experience designing leadership academies and learning ecosystems Background in career architecture and skills frameworks Expertise in organizational development and change leadership Ability to measure and present talent impact with data Familiarity with modern HR technology and analytics tools Demonstrated results in leadership, engagement, and mobility Why Join The River
