Overview
There is an immediate opening for an Assistant State Attorney to work in Public Records. Membership in the Florida Bar is required. If you have experience in the handling of public records and records retention, being an attorney is not required.

Review requests for public records, determine which records are public records, and redact any exempt and/or confidential information therefrom according to Federal and State law. Qualifications
Experience with public records; preferably some experience within the criminal justice system. Ability to work independently, be detail-oriented with a high level of quality and accuracy in work. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, the ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, be adaptable to change, and be computer literate. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and good people skills. Key West and/or within the Florida Keys, Florida 33040 (Required). Compensation and Benefits
