As an
HR Coordinator , you will provide essential support across various HR functions, including onboarding, employee communications, recordkeeping, and scheduling. You’ll work closely with HR team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Support:
Coordinate new hire paperwork, background checks, and orientation logistics. Employee Records:
Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HRIS data. Scheduling & Coordination:
Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and training sessions. HR Communications:
Draft and distribute internal HR communications and updates. Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and labor regulations. Benefits & Payroll Assistance:
Support benefits enrollment and payroll inquiries as needed. Reporting:
Generate basic HR reports and assist with data tracking. Administrative Tasks:
Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Qualifications
Education:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. Experience:
1–2 years of experience in HR support or administrative roles. Technical Skills:
Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG) and Microsoft Office Suite. Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organization:
Excellent time management and attention to detail. Teamwork:
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Confidentiality:
