We’re seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join us as
Front Desk Agents —key players in delivering a welcoming, memorable, and seamless guest experience.
What You’ll Do
Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
Facilitate check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and poise
Act as a knowledgeable concierge—sharing hotel features, local insights, and personal recommendations
Resolve guest needs with empathy and creative problem-solving
Collaborate with Valet, Housekeeping, Sales, and other departments to ensure a flawless stay
Handle payment and room assignments with accuracy and discretion
Represent the TETRA brand with pride and service excellence
What We’re Looking For You might be our ideal candidate if you:
Love creating human connections and personalized experiences
Thrive in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment
Communicate clearly and confidently—both in person and over the phone
Bring positive energy and professionalism to every interaction
Are detail-oriented and tech-savvy (experience with hotel systems is a plus)
Have customer service experience (hospitality background preferred but not required)
