Operate equipment or machinery and assemble window components using a tape measure and other hand tools. Inspect product throughout the process, looking for defects using a strong attention to detail and an eye for quality. Participate in various aspects of the manufacturing process, which can include loading machines, packing finished product, pulling items, and preparing labels/stickers. Maintain a safe and clean work environment within assigned and surrounding workspace while ensuring to meet all safety standards and practices. Commit to cross-training, learning multiple positions, and developing your skillset further. What We Are Looking For

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience. 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Proficiency in spoken and written English sufficient to read and understand safety procedures, hazard warnings, and equipment operating instructions. Ability to accurately complete production records, quality checklists, and incident reports in English. Effective communication with supervisors, maintenance personnel, and team members to ensure safe and efficient operations. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and be motivated to become well-versed within multiple areas of operations. Strong attention to detail and willingness to work independently or as part of a team and contribute to all areas of operations. Understanding of how to collaborate with a variety of different people and roles. Committed to cross-train, learn, and develop your skillset further. The atmosphere is that of a manufacturing plant. The position will primarily work where moving machinery produces noise. Temperature can range from extreme cold to extreme heat. Physical demands include movements, positioning, remaining stationary, which include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, climbing, pushing/pulling, forward bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching, squatting, crawling, postural balancing, manipulating, trunk rotation, handling, gripping, and talking (hearing). Must be able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance, based on position, 80lbs-100lb with assistance. Employees must wear Personal Protective Equipment that is issued for that location. What We Offer
