Pay Range - $18/hr., Depending on Experience
Ability to work Monday through Friday with the flexibility to work weekends.
Responsibilities
Gain memberships to meet sales goals and promote wellness offerings Greeting members and patients upon arrival; checking members and patients in to see the Chiropractor Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions Support team goals and maintain positive relationships with team members Maintain cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages Communicate member concerns to management and follow policies and direction Accept constructive criticism positively and use it as a learning tool Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time; able to lift up to 50 pounds Uphold The Joint Chiropractic's core values of TRUST, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, RESPECT and ACCOUNTABILITY Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or higher Complete transactions using point of sale software and keep patient accounts current and accurate Strong phone and computer skills At least one year of previous sales experience Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience in office management or marketing is a plus About The Joint Chiropractic The Joint Corp. revolutionized access to chiropractic care with its retail healthcare model in 2010.
