Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, becoming a trusted partner in their success.
Recruit, interview, and place top talent in temporary and direct hire opportunities across a variety of industries.
Proactively promote qualified candidates to hiring managers and manage the full hiring process from start to finish.
Develop new business through outreach, networking, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Manage multiple searches, consistently meeting performance goals while delivering outstanding service.
Participate in ongoing training and development to refine recruiting, sales, and business acumen skills.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, business development.
A proven track record of meeting goals and thriving in a performance-based environment.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
A self-motivated, team-oriented professional who enjoys helping others succeed.
Experience working on commission or bonus-based plans is a plus.
