We are seeking a

Math Learning Manager

to lead instruction, mentor staff, and support family engagement at our Snoqualmie Valley center. This role blends leadership, community connection, and math education to ensure every student experiences measurable growth and confidence in math. This position is ideal for current or retired teachers, professionals with strong math backgrounds, or STEM students who want meaningful part-time work in a leadership capacity. Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality math instruction using the Mathnasium Method. Lead and mentor a team of instructors to ensure instructional excellence. Oversee student assessments and learning plans, tracking progress over time. Communicate student achievement and learning goals clearly to parents. Support center operations, training, and event participation as needed. Qualifications

Strong math proficiency through Algebra II or higher (Calculus is a plus, not required). Strong leadership and communication skills; able to mentor staff and engage parents. Prior teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or coaching experience preferred (training provided). Outgoing personality with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Ability to work consistent after-school and/or weekend hours Benefits
