Director of Sales & Marketing
to lead our commercial strategies from preopening through ongoing operations, enhancing hotel performance through strategic business development. Work Location

Develop and implement multi-year commercial strategies in collaboration with on-property and regional teams. Lead the sales and marketing processes, including business analytics, revenue management, and strategic planning. Manage and direct the revenue streams: group, banquets, catering, transient, and leisure. Support preopening sales efforts, including site visits and FAM tours. Coordinate with marketing teams on digital, social media, and PR activities; ensure online content accuracy. Establish business mix strategies, review revenue forecasts, and optimize pricing strategies. Maximize profits aligned with GOP and EBITDA targets and develop departmental budgets. Monitor market activity and competitive landscape. Oversee the Sales and Catering SIP (Sales Incentive Program). Leadership & Team Development
Lead weekly and quarterly sales and marketing meetings, translating outcomes into actionable strategies. Ensure brand standards and corporate identity are maintained. Recruit, develop, and retain sales and marketing teams, conducting performance reviews. Promote Hilton’s DEI and ESG initiatives within the team. Stakeholder Relations
Report on performance metrics and communicate strategies to owners and partners. Build relationships with community partners, travel agencies, and customers. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in hotel sales, catering, or marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in full-service hotels, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to analyze data. Willingness to travel on short notice. Preferred Skills
Advanced degrees in business or related fields, multi-language skills, and experience with Hilton software. Why Hilton?
