For Earth For Life This position will require "In-Office 3 days a week" - Grapevine, TX. BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION

The Benefits Analyst is responsible for administering employee benefit plans and programs including health & welfare plans, and the company leave programs. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES

This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines: Assist employees with benefit enrollment, interpret plan provisions, and resolve employee benefit issues. Ensure employee benefit plans and programs are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations including ERISA, DOL, IRS, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, as well as company policies & procedures relating to benefit plans. Maintain and administer enrollment records, monitor vendor interfaces, audit records to ensure accuracy, and assist vendors with questions and requests. Assist with the annual healthcare budget including forecasting plan changes, processing vendor invoices, and documenting budget variances. Assist with developing communication materials for all benefit programs including annual open enrollment, new hire orientation, and plan changes as applicable. Coordinate employee events, webinars, and related activities with benefit vendors and carriers. Maintain positive relationships with vendors and third-party administrators, provide feedback and implement service or process improvements. Administer the leave of absence program in compliance with company leave policies. Monitor the leave process and assist the Core HR team and third-party administrator with resolving issues. Assist employees and managers with questions regarding the programs. Assist withdata collection and provide information for annual 5500 preparation, related audits, and annual disclosure reporting requirements. Assist the Total Rewards team as needed with projects relating to retirement plan administration, compensation plan administration, payroll processing, and HRIS administration. Other duties as assigned by management. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred:

Without a degree least 10 years’ experience in employee benefit plan administration is required. With a degree at least 4 years’ experience in employee benefit plan administration is required.

Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with applicable local, state and federal regulations, to include ERISA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA. Strong customer service competency. Experience with ad hoc reporting, MS office, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Proficiency with HR systems preferably Ceridian Dayforce, ADP, Workday PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
