Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate can work 100% onsite and has in-depth experience working with general HR duties, analyzing HR policies, and managing benefit administration. The Human Resource Manager will oversee the company's day-to-day HR operations, evaluate and enhance human resources policies, programs, and practices to support the overall success of the company. Responsibilities Collaborating with senior management to align HR strategies with the organization's goals and objectives. Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with the organization's budge. Implement and manage performance review processes, providing feedback, and supporting employee development. Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment. Develop, implement, and updateHR policies and procedures. Develop job descriptions to support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts. Implement initiatives to improve employee morale, motivation, and overall engagement. Ensure the organization complies with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar field In-depth experience supporting HR operations and benefit/compensation administration Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement Seniority level
