Job Title: HR Operations Specialist Duration: 12+ Months (Could extend) Job Summary: The HR Operations Specialist will execute all HR transactions and administration, supporting the HR team across various service categories including Oracle data maintenance, scorecards, and reporting. This role emphasizes data integrity and analysis to support HR decisions. The HR Operations team member will provide coverage and support as needed, with guidance from the HR Operations leadership team. Provide dedicated support to multiple HR Managers focusing on HR transactions, data maintenance, onboarding, and compliance. Ensure high-quality data management related to employee data, Oracle records, and staffing compliance. Complete all other HR data and transaction requests, maintaining confidentiality and data quality. Act as interface between local HR and GGO/Corporate HR Operations teams. Desired Characteristics: Strong customer service orientation and responsiveness. Proactive in assisting others and anticipating needs. Supportive team player with a positive attitude. Approachable and capable of diffusing tense situations. Enjoys transactional work and can manage high-volume workloads. Passionate about process improvement and simplification. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis experience. Understanding of the HR model and Oracle HR systems. Qualifications
