As a Talent Acquisition Specialist II supporting our Renewables market sector (solar, wind, battery storage), you will work closely with company leaders to anticipate and address the evolving needs of our workforce. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit top talent for both current and upcoming opportunities. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and adaptable. In this full-cycle recruitment role, agility in your recruitment approach is essential. We have a diverse range of positions we recruit for, with positions located across the U.S. Familiarity with traveling or construction roles is helpful but not required. Location & Travel:

This is an onsite position, based in Fargo, ND; Phoenix, AZ; Indianapolis, IN; or Dallas, TX office. Expected travel for this position is 10% to support recruitment related events. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and prospective talent to act as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner; guide and coach managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are understood and applicants are assessed against criteria to maximize recruiting effectiveness Evaluate hiring and interview processes and techniques, identify system improvements and training opportunities Partner with hiring managers to understand business and recruitment needs, including long-term talent pipelines, and fill open positions in a timely manner Manage full life cycle recruiting for identified roles across the organization for exempt and non-exempt positions Ensure hiring plans provide equal opportunities to all candidates (internal and external) Manage candidates through the interview and hiring process, from assessment to negotiating offers and managing pre-employment requirements and onboarding Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview documentation in the applicant tracking system Develop recruitment strategies using internet job boards, networking, resume mining, social networks, campaigns, internal transfers, and other channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates Participate in staffing-related activities and cross-functional projects Assist in meeting affirmative action, equal opportunity, and diversity recruitment goals Regular and predictable attendance Other duties as assigned Essential functions to be performed in a company-designated office or field location Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other professional conduct standards Qualifications

Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years' experience with construction, energy, or blue-collar related recruiting preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Ability to travel up to 10% for career fairs and other recruiting efforts Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Take reasonable care of health and safety and support MasTec’s Zero Injury principles Excellent prioritization and time management to manage multiple projects Experience with iCIMS, UKG and/or ServiceNow is a plus Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Attention to detail with a sense of urgency Intermediate sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication with a data-driven mindset Experience recruiting in competitive markets Ability to shift priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ability to build relationships with multiple levels of management and internal HR What\u2019s in it for You
