About the role As Harmonic's Founding Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our Engineering, Product, and Design teams. You will identify, engage, and secure top-tier talent across these domains and help fuel our next phase of growth. End-to-End Technical Recruiting: Lead the hiring process for roles across Engineering, Product, and Design. Partner with executives and hiring managers to deeply understand current and future hiring needs Build and maintain nurturing campaigns and recruitment marketing efforts to position Harmonic as an employer of choice for top technical talent Key Responsibilities: Sourcing:
Identify and engage top active and passive talent using platforms like Harmonic and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Screening:
Screen resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Candidate Management:
Ensure an exceptional and engaging experience for candidates at every stage of the hiring process. Data-Driven Decision-Making & Process Optimization:
Continuously refine and enhance our recruitment processes, leveraging data-driven insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Role Requirements: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for senior-level SWE roles in niche and competitive technical talent markets. Enjoys sourcing for EPD positions and takes pride in nurturing and building relationships with passive and active talent Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments; comfortable moving fast, managing multiple roles, and being accountable for your work Data-focused.
