Job Description
BILINGUAL ONSITE SUPERVISOR in a warehouse facility Schedule:
1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Wed-Fri, 8am-5pm Sat & Sun ( Schedule may vary during peak seasons ) Requirements: Fluent in both English and Spanish Flexible availability
– Must also be responsive to emails and phone calls outside of regular hours and on days off as needed. Strong communication skills
– Must be professional, clear, and respectful in all interactions. Staffing experience required
– Experience in recruiting or onsite staffing is a must. Tech-savvy
– Comfortable using online platforms, especially Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities: New Associate Support
– Be onsite at shift start on days with new associate arrivals. Employee Record Management
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all associates. Assignment & Order Accuracy
– Keep assignment rosters current and accurate in both systems. Onboarding & Training
– Manage all onboarding paperwork and ensure compliance with client training requirements. Support for Associates & Client
– Serve as the point of contact for both associates and the client. Timekeeping Oversight
– Verify daily that all associates have clocked in/out correctly. Weekly Timecard Submission
– Responsible for submitting timecards at the end of each week. Seniority level:
