The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting our Training initiatives and programs. Responsibilities
Training Program Coordinator and Support: Creates tools and resources. Ensure functionality and application of Ramsay Testing regarding vacant roles. Supports consistent development of SOPs. Give dedicated input into the rollout and maintenance of POKA and Summit. Key driver of the Production Lead Program, Developing tools and resources, interviewing. Partners with EHS, HR, QA for onboarding and training compliance. Participates in Operational Excellence, special projects or tasks, and modification programs as needed. Actively participates in department/shift/team meetings as requested. Safety
Maintains highest standard of Safety for all functions on an ongoing basis. Performs daily inspection of all PPE required. Successfully acquires and maintains Lock Out-Tag Out Certification for machine. Completes his/her Behavior Based Safety Observations (BBSO), corrects issues when identified. Quality
Completes his/her Behavior Based Quality observations (BBQs), corrects issues when identified. Ensures compliance to quality, food safety / HACCP, FSMA, Food Defense, 5S, OSHA and other support programs. Communicates any concerns related to product safety, integrity, quality and legality to management. Functional Capability
Promotes integrity, respect, accountability, continuous improvement and positive interactions with all Team Members. Responsible for meeting established objectives pertaining to plant Training goals. Develops, reviews, maintains Training documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures, Job Aids, etc. Routes any document edits for proper approval through Management of Change process. Ensure that all existing process documentation is controlled with a document control number. Other Responsibilities Include:
Processes payroll and attendance tracking for all plant employees. Captaining the TOR and IDP process. Collects and validates information, compiles records, and submits temporary employee time cards and correspondence. Ensures compliance to all federal, state and local laws and company policies. Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in Training, Process Improvement. Experienced in training tools and resources best practices. Nimble Learning and Ability to work in ambiguity. Innovative in continuous improvement. Strong reporting ability in working with metrics and giving insights.
