Opportunity Overview The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role supports financial advisors in helping clients achieve long-term financial goals. The BOA provides administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of advisors. We serve over nine million clients and value diverse experiences and viewpoints that help achieve results. Role Summary: As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of the team, providing seamless support to clients. You’ll help with client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience. This is an opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment. Support Structure: Comprehensive 6-month training including an experienced peer mentor A wide support network from the branch to the region and home office Independent work with a large backing team of thousands

Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional personalized service

to ensure clients feel understood and informed Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to develop strategies for the upcoming year Actively listening for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events

Role Requirements

Client Service:

Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. Account Management:

Learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & Operational Support:

Ability to work independently under the direction of the financial advisor. Handle scheduling, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes with updated SOPs and support the branch business plan. Technology:

Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm-provided software.
