Associate Attorney - Workers Compensation

Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney REPORTS TO:
Workers’ Compensation Department Lead Attorney SALARY:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience POSITION/TYPE:
Exempt Requirements:
MUST have an active Bar license in Missouri and (1) + years law experience Preferred:
Active Bar license in Kansas Purpose and Value to the Team: As a Workers’ Compensation Associate, you will handle all aspects of representing clients in their Work Comp matters from the moment the case opens, through each case resolution. This position will also provide direction and supervision to non-attorney staff ensuring adherence to all Workers’ Compensation laws, regulations, and labor codes.
