The HRIS Analyst II plays a key role in supporting and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to meet the evolving needs of a fast-paced retail organization. This position is responsible for maintaining system integrity, performing data analysis, generating reports, and implementing system enhancements to improve HR processes. The analyst partners with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, streamline workflows, and support key HR initiatives such as talent management, payroll, benefits, and compliance. With a strong understanding of both HR functions and system capabilities, the HRIS Analyst II helps drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making across the business. Base pay range
$28.85/hr - $33.00/hr HRIS ANALYST II REPORTS TO: HRIS & PEOPLE ANALYTICS MANAGER STATUS: NON-EXEMPT PAY RANGE: $28.85 - $33.00/hr COMPENSATION varies based on geography, skills, experience, and tenure Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS through regular updates and data integrity checks. Assist and lead HRIS projects, including system upgrades, new functionality rollouts, and implementations. Identify and implement process improvements through system configuration, automation, and cross-system integration opportunities. Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic HR and business decisions. Provide technical support and training to HR and end-users; troubleshoot system issues and translate technical information into user-friendly guidance. Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to assess current processes and recommend technology-driven enhancements. Collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues and ensure system performance and compliance standards are met. Maintain up-to-date system documentation, including process workflows and configuration details. Conduct and support end-user training to adopt systems and proficiency. Prepare and submit data for audits and support ongoing compliance initiatives. Stay informed on HRIS features and trends to help optimize system usage. Support broader HR initiatives by supporting data input, testing, and system configuration tasks. Demonstrate a high level of quality work, attendance and appearance; professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork. Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices. Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management. Qualifications
2–3 years of experience working with HRIS systems in a support or analyst capacity Familiarity with common HRIS platforms such as ADP, UKG, Workday, or similar systems Basic understanding of core HR processes, including employee data management, payroll, and benefits Experience generating standard reports and performing data entry, validation, and auditing Proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and comfort with learning new reporting tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and system integrity Ability to troubleshoot system issues and escalate more complex problems as needed Good communication skills, with the ability to explain system functionality to end users Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision Eagerness to learn and grow within the HRIS or broader HR function HR Expertise; Leadership; Business Acumen; Professionalism; Solutions Oriented; Strategic Planning; Strong Communication; Decision Making; Results Oriented; Time Management; Initiative; Organization Benefits & Additional Compensation Opportunities

Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation and reports. Must be able to see, hear and speak in order to communicate with partners and customers. Manual dexterity required using hands to finger; handle, feel and type; reach with hands and arms.
