Senior IT Business Analyst

The team supports client needs by building essential infrastructure capabilities and implementing data standards and governance.
Responsibilities
As a member of the Change & Release Management Strategic Enablement Team, drive enterprise transformation and enable smarter, faster, and more resilient change across the organization.
Translate business needs into actionable insights and requirements.
Support the deployment of AI/ML capabilities into operational workflows.
Ensure alignment with ITIL and DevSecOps frameworks.
Influence how the organization adopts innovation, manages risk, and scales digital capabilities.
Qualifications and Skills
Tools: JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft CoPilot, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Ansible; familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools is a plus.
Frameworks: ITIL, Agile, and DevSecOps methodologies.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
Communication Skills: Able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications (Preferred): ITIL 4 Foundation, or equivalent.
