Salary/Hourly Rate
$55k - $60k Annually, plus unlimited variable commission.
Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and motivated
RPO Recruiter
to work alongside our clients\' dedicated account teams within our Holmdel, NJ office. This role will require candidates to move through the recruiting and hiring process smoothly and ensure that the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle is managed fully. Time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment are required in this role. The RPO Recruiter will be expected to act as a true business partner and subject matter expert around talent sourcing and attraction. Regular meetings with our client and their teams will be required, as well as reporting on the onboarding status. This role will have high levels of visibility and autonomy, but will work closely with senior leaders and Hiring Managers to fill exciting roles for a widely known company. A successful RPO Recruiter will demonstrate strong attention to detail, great communication skills, the ability to take initiative and be proactive, as well as proven recruitment experience.
Responsibilities
Devise and implement individual hiring strategies across all business areas within Client.
Draw on recruitment expertise and external best practice to decrease agency dependency, enhance the Client's employer brand, and support business objectives.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for Hiring Managers, candidates, and HR Business Partners, initiating and supporting the development of process improvements as necessary.
Act as a strategic talent acquisition business partner with key stakeholders, providing thought leadership in strategizing talent acquisition and sourcing activities.
Identify, develop, and successfully deliver client-responsive, cost-effective, and measurable solutions to recruitment challenges as and when they arise.
Responsible for sourcing, identifying, and securing key talent for the organization.
Develop and monitor the strategy for each of the businesses/locations, to ensure optimum resource utilization and performance against agreed SLAs.
Responsible for supporting the management of the annual recruitment budget and recruiting program expenses.
Deliver consistent, positive operational results with the best balance of investment and efficiency.
Educate and influence leaders to adapt quickly to talent acquisition-specific shifts in direction, consider impacts on business, and partner with leaders on communication and execution of outcomes needed to adjust to the new state.
Support, counsel, and direct Hiring Managers on recruiting best practices, interview and selection techniques, and training as applicable.
Responsible for ensuring compliance in line with local legislation across International and Client\'s systems and processes.
Required Experience/Skills
3 - 5 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter.
Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment.
Excellent key stakeholder management and engagement skills with a professional approach to recruitment.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure their quality and on-time delivery in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
Excellent writing and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to engage, consult, influence, and partner with senior leaders with a customer service mindset.
Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers, and external partners.
Preferred Experience/Skills
Experience in fast-paced, creative companies is strongly preferred.
Knowledge and direct hands-on experience using automated HR/Recruitment systems is highly preferred (Workday and Greenhouse).
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or the equivalent.
