Loan Support Specialist - Documentation at First Community Bank Utah. The role focuses on operational tasks to support the Loan Department, Credit Administration, and other departments in the preparation of Consumer and Commercial loan documents, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of loan documents while providing expertise in loan coding and compliance to meet Bank policy standards. Responsibilities

Proficiency in consumer lending with base knowledge of commercial and construction lending Maintain effective loan verification procedures to ensure compliance; analyze lender documentation checklist for accuracy of fees, loan coding, and exceptions according to policy Monitor and obtain verification of loan approval limits/authorities for each loan Prepare and gather loan documentation, create files, and prep for loan boarding Ensure all documentation compliance regulations are met within the scope of the credit; review and enter compliance information (HMDA, CRA, STLV, BIC, FHLB) Review collateral documentation for accuracy against loan requests Monitor flood determination information to ensure documents are prepared by closing date and meet regulatory guidelines Verify the loan documentation checklist for completeness and accuracy of fees, loan coding, and exceptions Provide accurate and timely loan documents to lenders; review documents as loans are processed for accuracy and completeness Package and coordinate with lending staff; remotely print or email loan document packages as requested Maintain current knowledge of the Bank’s documentation software and core system (DecisionPro, LaserPro, Jack Henry, nCino) Maintain department pipeline and keep loan status up-to-date; support in ensuring all loans are completed Develop a general understanding of all functions related to Loan Operations and its role to the Bank Monitor and respond to the department inbox following guidelines for timely responses About You

2 years of loan documentation or similar experience High school diploma or GED Credit and background screening will be conducted as part of the pre-hire process Knowledge, Skills, and Ability

Excellent communication, problem solving, and time management skills Customer service orientation with courtesy, tact, and diplomacy Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions Detail oriented, well organized, and able to multi-task Works well in a team environment; strong verbal and written communication Work Environment & Physical Demands

Indoor, climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise level. Must be able to sit, use hands, and perform repetitive motions; may involve standing, walking, and lifting. Requires routine use of computer systems and ability to work extended hours or travel as needed. Climbing stairs in emergency situations may be required.
