Overview
Liberty Personnel is seeking a CRM Project Manager with hands-on experience implementing and managing DealCloud to lead CRM initiatives at a top AM Law firm. Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and enhancement of DealCloud across the firm. Collaborate with BD, IT, and practice leaders to define CRM needs and priorities. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and vendor relationships. Oversee data integrity, integrations, and user adoption. Provide training and support to attorneys and staff. Track system performance and suggest improvements. Qualifications
5+ years of CRM/project management experience, ideally in a law or professional services firm. 2+ years of direct experience with DealCloud. Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with system integrations and data governance is a plus. Contact
