Program Overview
Kikoff’s Rotational Associate Manager Program accelerates the development of high-potential individuals by providing exposure across critical business functions, including Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Business Development. Associates participate in multiple rotations, gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and access specialized training designed to fast-track their careers. About Kikoff
Kikoff is a fintech unicorn offering credit-building solutions that are radically affordable, accessible, and effective. Our core product, the Kikoff Credit Account, helps customers build better credit. Kikoff has been featured by major outlets and our app has a high rating among hundreds of thousands of reviews. We are a long-term financial partner for our customers with an exciting product roadmap. Program Structure
Initial Training Rotation (~1 month):
Hands-on training across multiple teams (Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Business Development) focusing on foundational training, business acumen, and industry-specific knowledge.
Focused Rotations:
After training, associates are matched to specific teams based on skills, interests, and business needs. Two rotations (~6 months each) provide deeper exposure, responsibility, and impactful contributions.
Potential Rotational Areas
Product Marketing:
Positioning, messaging, launching products, understanding users, and shaping the roadmap.
Growth Marketing:
Drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization through data-driven strategies and experimentation.
Business Development:
Build partnerships, negotiate deals, and identify new growth opportunities.
