We are looking for a bright, dynamic analyst to join our growing FP&A team. The Analyst position will report directly to the VP Finance and work closely with the CFO and other members of the senior management team to forecast and communicate company financial performance, as well as provide financial modeling support and analytics to team leaders across functional areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for compiling, reviewing, and presenting monthly financial & operational performance across the company’s business channels. Lead role in preparing the annual budget and periodic forecast revisions for the company’s business channels in collaboration with the CFO, VP Finance, and other members of the senior management team. Provide tactical financial modeling support to cross functional leaders on key company initiatives. Provide monthly reporting and analysis to business leaders on key performance metrics pertaining to Revenue, Operating Expenses, EBITDA, etc... Own various ad hoc analysis and presentations as needed for senior management. Assist in quarterly reporting to lenders, equity owners, and other stakeholders. Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities

Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to think critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous work environment. Advanced PowerPoint proficiency. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work dynamically across teams. Comfort level working with extremely large data sets. Proficiency in corporate finance conceptual frameworks (IRR, operating leverage, etc...). Solid understanding of financial accounting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to interact with senior management on a daily basis. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc..). Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field. 2-5 years’ experience using advanced Excel functionality. 2+ years’ experience building financial models to support C-level decision making. Certificates, Licenses, Registration
