Support assigned programs with timely analysis, financial modeling, and recommendations for decision making. Conduct program analysis, maintain forecasts, and provide monthly Estimate at Completion (EACs). Establish and maintain Corporate Financial Reports, Program Status Reports, and Earned Value reports. Ensure program financials are accurate and complete and in accordance with SOX and internal corporate controls. Use analysis to identify and investigate program issues and advise on appropriate actions. Provide real-time program financial status to Finance Manager and perform ad-hoc financial analysis. Present financial data during monthly and quarterly reviews to front-line and executive-level management. Be integral to the program team, keeping the Program Manager updated on financial status and suggesting mitigations for future risk. Qualifications

Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field. Ability to use Excel to analyze and interpret financial data. Enjoy working with numbers and spreadsheets. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Team-oriented and self-starter mentality. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. MS Office experience preferred. U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance. Earned Value Management experience and Oracle experience are a plus. How We Care
