Provision of all accounting and financial transaction support according to Service Level Agreements with Business Units Hollister Business Units (BU’s) Ensure correct bookkeeping and participate in month/year end closing tasks execution related to the appropriate GAAP Preparation of all statutory financial reports in accordance with local and US GAAP Preparation of balance sheets, income statements, DSO and other metrics Participate in development of internal controls and policies and procedures Communication, management and support to service providers, tax advisors, corporate accounting, internal and external auditors Development of internal controls and policies and procedures Cash management and treasury Inter-company transactions, Transfer pricing Expat accounting, consultant to Business Unit customers Requirements:
Number of Overall Accounting Experience necessary: 5-8 in (preferably) an international environment Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, and/or Accountant or similar qualification Strong experience for financial closing (Financial Statements preparations, month and year end closing) Advanced in use of MS-Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent knowledge of Business English CPA, ACCA, CFA - substantial advantage Knowledge of SAP is an advantage German, other European languages such as French / Italian / Dutch is an advantage Company Offers:
