Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support and continuous improvement of core trading systems

Partner with traders and dev teams to scale, deploy, and fine-tune trading software

Focus on performance analysis, monitoring, and observability

Work on systems-level engineering: Linux, Kubernetes, internal/exchange feeds

Contribute to reliability and performance in a low-latency environment

Required Skills/Qualifications

5–10 years' experience in infrastructure-heavy or systems-focused roles

Strong Python scripting and Linux expertise

Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, ideally with a passion for tech tinkering

Knowledge of networks and data performance is highly beneficial

On-prem systems focus (some cloud exposure is a plus)
