CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst position for our client in Atlanta, GA.
Duration:
12 months Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements aligned with organizational goals
Conduct impact and gap analyses to support solution design
Facilitate requirement workshops with stakeholders and users
Prepare high-level designs (HLD) and documentation for technical and vendor teams
Map business processes and use cases to support development
Provide guidance to development teams and communicate with senior leadership
Create presentations and share project updates with leadership
Skills & Qualifications: Strong Business Analysis (ADM) skills and SDLC knowledge
Experience with VoIP technologies, specifically SIP call flow processing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Quick learner with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
Experience: Proven experience as a functional Business Analyst
Experience preparing HLDs, process mapping, and business case analysis
Experience guiding technical or vendor teams
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
