Be the finance lead for multi-site plant operations

Own inventory, costing, and budgeting from the ground up

Partner with a highly engaged leadership team

What You’ll Do:

Lead all plant-level financials: closing, reporting, variance analysis

Oversee inventory accuracy and cost control initiatives

Own product costing: BOMs, routings, labor/material/overhead variance

Deliver insights to improve margins and operational KPIs

Act as a strategic finance partner to operations, supply chain, and corporate leadership

What You’ll Bring:

10+ years in manufacturing finance, with 3+ years at the plant controller level

Deep experience in GAAP, cost accounting, and financial operations

Strong ERP and Excel skills (Dynamics/Business Central a plus)

A hands-on, analytical mindset and the confidence to influence leadership
