Based out of our Dallas, TX, Everett, WA, or Boise, ID locations, this role supports our global operations and plays a critical role in managing customer accounts, minimizing financial risk, and maximizing collections—while maintaining exceptional service. This is a hybrid role requiring up to 3 days/week in-office. Manage full-cycle accounts receivable for U.S. and Canadian business units. Lead collection efforts, investigate delinquent accounts, and resolve payment issues professionally and promptly. Perform cash management duties including bank deposits, invoicing, payment applications, and manual corrections. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies with attention to detail and accuracy. Conduct credit checks on new customers and perform trade and bank reference inquiries. Prepare and maintain AR reporting and ensure timely month-end closings, including sub-ledger reconciliations and accruals. Handle customer inquiries, perform transactional research, and ensure thorough and timely communication with all stakeholders. Provide assistance to the AR Leader in process improvements, reporting, and special projects. Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. What You Bring
Minimum 5 years of AR and collections experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in ERP systems (experience preferred). Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word. Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities. High level of initiative and accountability, with the ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.
