analytics, and ensuring HR data flows seamlessly across the organization to drive informed, people-centered decisions.

You’ll transform how HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams use data—designing tools, insights, and integrations that power smarter business outcomes.
In this role, you will:
Develop, test, and maintain
advanced UKG BI and UKG Pro reports, dashboards, and analytics .
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for HR and leadership teams.
Serve as the
UKG subject matter expert , leading efforts in reporting, configuration, and system optimization.
Manage integrations and data flows between UKG and other business platforms.
Ensure data integrity through ongoing audits, quality checks, and validation routines.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and IT to improve data processes and user experience.
Deliver Insights That Matter
Your expertise ensures that every decision—from payroll accuracy to workforce planning—is backed by reliable, insightful data.
What you will do:
Build and automate reporting solutions that support audits, compliance, and business goals.
Support HR and business leaders with timely data requests and analysis.
Identify and implement system and workflow improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and end-user support for UKG tools.
Document key system processes, data dictionaries, and reporting standards.

Experience & Education
5+ years
in HRIS, HR data analytics, or system administration roles.
Bachelor’s degree
in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Hands-on expertise with UKG Pro (UltiPro) and UKG BI Reporting
required.
Experience supporting
HR, Payroll, and Benefits
systems and integrations preferred.
Experience with
Time & Attendance (Kronos)
systems a plus.
Skills & Tools
Advanced
SQL , data modeling, and relational database experience.
Expertise in
UKG BI Analytics , report design, and visualization.
Strong proficiency in
Excel (advanced)
and
Power BI .
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects with precision and efficiency.
